When I was working as a mechanical engineer, converting units was a common tedious and error prone task. There are a million converters out there but most are web based, which meant using over half a gig of RAM to Chromium. These times when I’d reach for a website I’ve always wished I had a small purpose built task to jump in and solve the problem and disappear when I had my conversion.
