Windows AI Comes to Text Grab

The new Windows AI OCR models are coming to Text Grab in the latest Store version of the app. The restriction to the packaged Store version is set by Microsoft. Also the current supported hardware as of writing this is fairly narrowly limited to devices with NPUs.

However the calls checking for compatibility do not explicitly check for NPUs, they just ask the underlying API of the device is supported. In the scenario where the requirements open to include more device types such as powerful enough GPUs, the the check would hopefully update to reflect this new standard and the feature enabled automatically.
