Text Grab 4.8: Improvements all around

The latest version of Text Grab is out now and brings improvements to the Grab Frame, Quick Simple Lookup, and the Edit Text Window!

Grab Frame

• Edit the image in the Grab Frame by:
  • Inverting colors
  • Increasing contrast
  • Adjusting brightness
• Improved the position when pasting and image

Quick Simple Lookup

• Search with RegEx
• Search using one letter of each word
• Adding a character to the beginning of a lookup entry to change it’s behavior
  • > will run the long value on the command line
  • 🔗 will try to open the long value as a link
  • (more to come soon!)

Edit Text Window

• New bottom bar option to add a language picker
• Setting the language will:
  • Set the OCR language of dropped images
  • Set the spell check language of the Window

General

• Upgraded packages
• General bug fixes
• Improved tooltips for post grab actions
